So.. my workout failed miserably..

My sock slipped down and my runners have cut my ankle to pieces. I could barely walk home. 

I need some motivation here.. I’ll work out in my room. 

This is where I need your help. 

For every ask I get I’ll do:

  • 10 (each leg) Stationary Lunges. 
  • 10 (each leg) Side Lunges. 
  • 20 sit ups. 
  • 10 second plank and
  • 5 push ups.  

Pretty please. I need this motivation. You don’t even have to say too much if talking isn’t your thing.
